Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are supported with Standard shipping.
Delivery notes
- Delivery times are estimates from the ship date, not the order date.
- If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contact us within 7 days — we'll make it right.
- Large furniture items may ship in multiple boxes; tracking for each box appears in your confirmation email.
- Orders placed after 2 PM ET ship on the next business day.
